The base design is precision constructed of galvanized steel (G235, Z700) or stainless steel (304, 316).  All models are availabe in single and multiple cell configurations.  Motors that are specifically designed for cooling tower service are standard.  Other features are 0.0003% drift loss rate on counter flow towers, and PVC components with <3 flame spread rating per ASTM E-84 testing.  The ACF series product line includes 65 models with a capacity range of 97 to 1,043 nominal tons.

The American Cooling Tower family of products offers many customization options such as:
